FASHION (VERSION 2)

I had some difficulties with the theme, because it has so many aspects - I must admit. Fashion is not only fashion of clothes, it concerns more general the manipulation of people, their seduction to behave in a certain way or to buy something , their love of the new, only because it is new and , and ..... It concerns the wish of the people to be of some destinction in relation to their neighbor, only to look the same like the neighbor in the end.

And there are so many different fashions- in philosophy, in shaping the own body , tatoos, intimate hairdo, very long legs, very thin figures, political trends , certain taboos and so on.

Last , not least there is fashion in art - even in medaillic art.

By the way, the term "fashion" has been used sometimes in a very unusual context.

I have found a quite interesting example at two different places, concerning the area bombardement of cities in WWII..
